Blogging Guidelines for CJJ

2. Content Guidelines
Relevance: Focus on topics related to juvenile justice, including policy changes, research findings, personal stories, advocacy efforts, and best practices.
Accuracy: Ensure that all information is fact-checked and sourced from credible references. Use statistics and data responsibly.
Clarity and Brevity: Write in a clear, concise manner. Aim for an accessible tone that invites engagement.
3. Voice and Tone
Professional and Respectful: Maintain a professional tone while being approachable. Avoid jargon unless explained.
Inclusive Language: Use language that is respectful and inclusive of all individuals, especially marginalized groups. Be mindful of the impact of your words.
4. Engagement and Interaction
Call to Action: Encourage readers to engage with the content, whether by sharing their thoughts, participating in advocacy, or exploring further resources.
Comments Policy: Enable a comments section if appropriate, and outline guidelines for respectful discourse.
